DEI Explained: 4 Dimensions In Practice Model

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a big and sometimes confusing field. For some people, the different parts of DEI work well together, but for others, it can be hard to understand--and thus, standardize. To make it simpler, I argue that DEI can broken down into four main areas: workforce, society, organizational culture, and marketplace.
